Refunds

It is our intention to offer a problem free mailing service and we hope that you love your new shoes.

All our items are checked thoroughly prior to dispatch and should reach you undamaged and ready for use.

In the unlikely event that items are received faulty or damaged a total refund will be given.

Should you find the goods unsuitable (wrong size, colour etc.) a full refund will be offered providing the shoes are returned in the same saleable condition. Footwear will not be accepted where there are signs of wear on the sole. (We suggest trying on the shoes on carpet only).

You will be obliged to pay the cost of return shipping, we will endeavour to advise and hopefully provide you with a suitable replacement, and we would share the outward shipping cost on the replacement pair.

We strongly recommend that you use a recorded or traceable delivery service to return your securely wrapped goods to us as we can not be responsible for shoes that have not reached us.

If returning form outside the EU please write “Returning unsuitable goods to sender” on the customs form and parcel as we will not receive parcels that incur duty charges.

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 recommended return period of 7 working days, within which the consumer can return their goods without giving a reason. We would like to confirm that we offer the consumer the right to return their goods within 14 days.
